Richwoods Swimmer of the meet honors

Three swimmers earned themselves swimmer of the meet honors tonight. First, Kevin Gorman made an incredible debut performance in the 100 butterfly. Even more incredible is that he swam it in the 100 Freestyle event.

Second, Brian Tillis is proving that he is a contender. Tonight, he broke the 5:30 barrier in the 500 and snagged a 2:00 in the 200 freestyle. Those times were both lifetime bests for Brian.

Finally, Jake Querciagrossa earned himself a spot on the PND swimming and diving record board with a 2:08.33 school record performance in the 200IM. Not too shabby for a freshman in his third meet of the season. He broke the previous mark of 2:08.77 set by Nathan Jackson in 1999 during his junior year.
