Here's your chance for a POOL!
There is a consulting firm conducting input from"stakeholders" about what should be done about a new high school. The meetings are Wednesday (5-17-06) and Thursday (5-18-06) with many different times. If you want to have input as far as a pool is concerned, call the school to sign up for a time.

I'm asking/begging at a Wednesday meeting for eight lanes, 25 yards with an adjacent diving well and enough seating to be a spectator-friendly sectional site.
Seriously, if PND wants to continue to be the leader in girls and boys swimming and diving in the Peoria area, it shouldn't be the only Peoria area program without a pool.
As it is, the Bradley pool at Haussler Hall won't be an option beyond the 2007 boys season.
Isn't that right, Shawn.
