Article on Joe Rogers

I thought that I should share this article. Ray Wood, who works the front desk at River City, gave me this photocopy of the article. At the bottom, Ray wrote about how he first met Joe. Joe was on my first team, and he helped me form the foundation of PND Swimming & Diving.
