PND Boys Swim Team Reminder‏

This is a friendly reminder of some upcoming dates for our Peoria Notre Dame Boy's Swimming & Diving Team. Our season is about to begin and I wanted to make sure all our guys are ready for the big day!!

* Swim team begins on: Monday, November 24, 2008

* Swim team practice is at:
Woodruff High School
1800 NE Perry
Peoria, IL 61603

* Practice time: (Tentatively 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM / Monday-Friday)
Will notify you if practice time changes

* All Action Accents orders are due by: Friday, November 14, 2008. This is to insure delivery of items before our first swim meet. Apparel web site: www.actionaccents.com
Follow these commands:
1. "Login" button (left side of page) into "Custom Threads"
2. Login: peoriand
3. Password: pnd07
4. "Shop by Category" double click on "PND Men's Swim"
5. Items will be shipped directly to your house

* All PND Sports Participation Forms must be turned into the school office by November 24, 2008. Forms must be notarized, therefore signature is required in the presence of school administrator. Mrs. Lisa White (front office) will notarize these forms.
