Froggy visits the PND Swim Team

Eroh brought home the Froggy notebook this week from school and I discovered a great photo of the PND girls team.

Peoria Swim Lab

We have put together a great swim camp for Central Illinois. The 2006 edition of "Peoria Swim Lab" will be open to all boys and girls who will be entering 7th grade - Senior year of high school in the fall of 2006.

We are featuring Damion Dennis from the University of California-San Diego. Damion will be leading the camp through some cutting edge techniques which will focus on improving your power and speed in the water. We have also extended the camp to include over eight hours of instruction. Derek and I will be assisting Damion throughout the week.

Help Needed - Bradley IntraMural Swim Meet

We are helping Bradley run their Intramural Swim Meet on Sunday, April 30th. We need some volunteers to help. Please arrive at 5:30pm to set up. The meet starts at 6:30pm and should conclude by 8pm. I hope to see you there. It is a lot of fun to watch the college kids swim and dive.

Summer Swim Camp - Mark your Calendars

Guys & Gals -- Mark your calendars for June5-8 and the 10th. We have a great summer swim camp program planned for you. We have quite a few new and exciting changes.

1) The camp will be a co-ed.
2) We have added extra time on Saturday.
3) We are hosting a guest coach from the University of California-San Diego.

This is a must-attend camp. Derek and I are planning to learn right along the athletes. We are really excited to have a college coach involved.
