JV Practice Change Tonight - Wed. Dec. 29

Since we have a meet tomorrow, I want to get the JV guys home earlier.

JV Practice will be at Woodruff from 4:45pm - 6pm tonight, Dec. 29.

Milestone Invite Lineup

Here is the lineup for the Milestone invite by event and by name.

Bus for Milestone Meet on Dec. 30.

The bus will leave from PND at 10:30am on Thursday Dec. 30 for the Milestone Invite in Springfield.

Varsity Practice schedule Change for the week of Dec. 27

Morning practice will be Tuesday-Friday mornings at Woodruff from 6:30am to 8am.

These practice sessions will be for the Varsity.

Milestone Invite - JV - Dec. 30

The Milestone Invite for our JV Swimmers is on Thursday Dec. 30.  Everyone will be competing in this meet with the exception of the 12 Varsity Swimmers.  I will post the lineup sometime tonight.  I know that a lot of people still have holiday commitments.  If you are unable to attend this meet, please send me an email or give me a call today by 6pm.

8am - Diving Warmups
10am - Diving Competition begins
~12:30pm - Swimming Warmups
1:30 - Swimming Competition begins

Sickness

This is just an FYI - A number of the boys on the team have strep.  I encourage everyone to be proactive about staying healthy.  If you have any questions, get tested asap.  Strep is extremely contagious.

Dec. 24 Practice Change

There will be one combined practice for JV and Varsity on Friday Morning (Dec. 24).
 
7:30-9:30am at Central Park Pool.

I think that I should give kudos to Mike Unruh for a stellar performance today and Tyler and Chris Neaveill for swimming sick. You guys were tough today.

Practice Schedule Changes - Dec. 13 and beyond

The practice schedule is changing beginning Monday, December 13.  The Varsity will be moving to Woodruff high school from 4-6pm, Monday - Friday.  The JV will practice with the Varsity on Monday and Friday at Woodruff from 4:45-6pm.  The JV will continue to practice at Central Park pool Tuesday-Thursday from 8:30-10pm. 
 
The Varsity group is expanding to include Nick Lambrecht, Daniel Forthofer, Charlie Cain, and Albert Pierz.  I may add a few others as we move forward.
 
Also, I am cancelling weights on Monday morning due to the weather.
 
Please stay tuned as I will mostly likely make other adjustments as we get this schedule figured out.

Richwoods Lineup

Here is the lineup for the Richwoods dual meet.

There is a change with the meet tomorrow. Richwoods is not allowing us to have JV heats as we have done in the past with them. Without the JV heats, there is no way to get all of our swimmers in the meet. Therefore we are going to have a team time trial tomorrow night (Thursday Dec 9) during the JV practice at Central 8:30-10pm. All friends and family are welcome to come watch.

The time trial will be for those swimmers not competing in the Richwoods dual.

The swimmers and divers competing in the Richwoods dual will get out of class at 3:10pm to make it to Richwoods in time for the 3:30 warmups. The meet starts at 4:30pm

No Weights on Wednesday Morning (12/8)

There will not be a morning weights workout on Wednesday, 12/8.  I want the boys to sleep in.

JV Practice Change - Tonight, Tuesday 12/7‏

JV Practice will be from 9-10pm at Central Park pool this evening.

The practice is shortened due to a Peoria High Swim Meet.
