Midwest Invite Results

Here are the meet results from the Midwest Invite at Richwoods High School.

Congratulations to Matt Kamin and Chris Neaveill for Swimmer of the Meet Honors.  Matt threw down an impressive 48.34 relay split and a second place finish in the 200 Freestyle.  Chris set a pool record in the 100 butterfly with a 51.39 breaking the old record of 51.94.  That is pretty impressive considering all of the history at Richwoods high school.

Practice Schedule Update - Woodruff is back!!!

Starting tomorrow, we will begin to follow our originally published schedule, which means we will have one practice tomorrow from 4:15pm to 6:15pm at Woodruff.  Please be sure that the boys have food and drink to eat between school and practice.  This is essential to high quality practice sessions.

Stay tuned for more possible changes.  The boys have really enjoyed the weight sessions and we are thinking through how to move forward with weight training.

Practice Schedule - Week of Dec. 10th

I hope that this is the final week of a modified practice schedule.  I spoke with the Woodruff Custodian last week and he said that the repair had been completed and that they were working to get the water chemicals and temperature back to normal levels.

Monday - PM - Swim @ RHS 6-8pm

Tuesday - AM - Swim @  Central - 6:15-7:30am
Tuesday - PM - Swim @ RHS 6-8pm

Wednesday - AM - Weights @  PND - 6:30-7:30am
Wednesday - PM - Swim @ RHS 6-8pm

Thursday - AM - Swim @  Central - 6:15-7:30am
Thursday - PM - TBD - Richwoods has a meet, so we will be swimming elsewhere

Friday - AM - Sleep Late
Friday - PM - Swim @ RHS 6-8pm

Saturday - Richwoods Midwest Invite

We are planning to use Hollis on Thursday afternoon, but we may be back at Woodruff before then, so stay tuned.  If we practice at Hollis, it will be right after school.

Here are meet results for our dual meet with Richwoods. Congratulations to Nick Faletti for earning Swimmer of the Meet honors for his 4th place finish in the 200 Free. This is Nick's first varsity points in a dual meet.
